Ry said: “It is a privilege to take on the role of Chair of the CIPD Channel Islands. I am passionate about our profession and the incredible HR community across Jersey and Guernsey.
“I look forward to working with the committee, our members, and CIPD HQ to continue strengthening our branch, improving member value, and championing the impact of people professionals across the islands.
“I would also like to express my sincere thanks to Susan, who has served as Chair for the past four years. Her leadership, vision, and unwavering commitment to enhancing the CIPD community have shaped the strong foundation we have today. I have seen first-hand the impact she has made, and I am truly grateful for everything she has contributed.”
