As many as thirteen outstanding young wealth management professionals and one company from the Crown Dependencies won awards at the Citywealth Future Leaders Awards 2025.
The winners were announced on 11th November during a glittering awards ceremony at the 5 star Intercontinental Hotel in London. The awards, now in their eleventh year, are open to all wealth management professionals under the age of forty. They recognise the excellence of young professionals in furthering their career through their ambition, leadership qualities and communication skills.
Before announcing the winners, Karen Jones, CEO of Citywealth, stepped on stage and asked for a minute silence to mark Remembrance Day, while red poppies appeared on the screens.
The ceremony was hosted by journalist, political commentator and TV show host Tom Harwood who is the Deputy Political Editor for GB News. A regular commentator on various news programs, he has previously worked for the political news website Guido Fawkes and written for publications such as The Daily Telegraph.

Gold award winners

Law firm Ogier not only won two individual gold awards, it also won a gold company award in the Best Employer Career Progression category.
The judges commented “Ogier’s submission showed a structured but human approach to career development, with real investment in training, mentoring and international opportunities. The judges were struck by the consistency of feedback from people at different levels of the firm.”
