Longueville Manor has received its second major industry accolade within a matter of weeks.
Following their recognition at the recent AA Hospitality Awards, Longueville Manor has now been acknowledged within the annual Michelin Key Awards.
On 8th October 2025, the Michelin Guide inspectors revealed their new Key distinctions and Longueville Manor has been awarded One Michelin Key and is the only hotel in Jersey to receive the accolade and one of just two in the Channel Islands.
Hotels have been recommended in Michelin Guides since the 1920s, but it wasn’t until 2023 that the prestigious organisation launched its standalone Key award which is designed as the hotel equivalent of a Michelin Star. The Michelin Key is a three-tiered award which highlights the most outstanding hotels, with just 139 hotels across the whole of the UK and Ireland receiving a key.
To be awarded a Michelin Key, the Michelin Guide experts will have personally judged a hotel as excellent across five categories: architecture and interior design; overall personality and character; quality and consistency of service; value between the level of the experience and the price paid; and the hotel’s contribution within its particular locality.
This recognition follows Longueville Manor’s recent success at the AA Hospitality Awards in London where the hotel was re-awarded 5 AA Red Stars and 3 Rosettes, a status it has maintained for 17 consecutive years but that needs to be re-earnt every year. Just 62 hotels across Britain received 5 AA Red Stars (a distinction separate from the classic black star ratings).
