Jill Britton, Director General of the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC), commented: “Robert and Lynn bring valuable perspectives from legal, regulatory and financial leadership roles, and I’m looking forward to working with them as we focus on long-term regulatory effectiveness and supporting Jersey’s competitiveness. I’d also like to thank Matt Palmer for his contribution over the past five years as he retires as a JFSC Commissioner. His insight and commitment have helped shape our direction, and we wish him all the best for the future.”

Responding to her appointment, Lynn Cleary commented: “Joining the JFSC Board offers an opportunity to contribute to the organisation’s strategic direction and regulatory priorities. I am committed to working alongside the JFSC team to help reinforce Jersey’s reputation as a well-regulated international finance centre and support Jersey’s competitiveness agenda.”

Robert Milner added: “It’s a privilege to join the JFSC as a Commissioner. I’ve had many years’ experience of dealing with the JFSC from a ‘customer’ perspective and I’m looking forward to contributing to the organisation’s work in a way that supports the continued development of Jersey’s financial services sector.”
