Source Recruitment has announced the launch of a new sister agency, Source Recruitment Jersey.
Spearheaded by HR professional Stephanie Brackley (pictured), the businesses will operate individually but will offer a pan-island recruitment solution to clients operating in both jurisdictions.
With more than 20 years’ HR, Leadership and Operational experience and with 14 years’ on-island HR experience, Stephanie brings a wealth of senior management skills to the table, including talent management, succession planning, leadership and HR strategy. Stephanie also has a breadth of experience across various industries, including ecommerce, finance, legal, operations and retail environments. Having held senior HR positions with some of Jersey’s largest multinational brands, including Feelunique.com and Play.com, most recently, Stephanie ran her own HR consultancy, collaborating with businesses and individuals to provide HR solutions, including coaching, training and development services.
A Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and Chartered Management Institute, Stephanie is also a CMI Tutor and Certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner.
