Livingroom Estate Agents has been named the Best Estate Agency Single Office Guernsey for the second year in a row at the prestigious International Property Awards.
The International Property Awards are open to residential and commercial property professionals from around the globe. They celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry with winners determined by a panel of expert judges from across the property world.
Livingroom’s award was rated five-star which is the highest national award available.
Simon Torode, founder, CEO of Livingroom Estate Agents, collected the award at a ceremony held at the Royal Lancaster London on Friday 26 October.
Mr Torode said: “It’s an enormous honour to be recognised on a national level for the work we’re doing across the Channel Islands and it justifies our whole ethos and brand identity. Our staff work extremely hard to spread Livingroom’s values far and wide and to have won the award for the second year in a row is testament to their dedication and the support of our loyal clients.
“For the Channel Islands’ only pan-island residential estate agent to be listed as a winner alongside some of the largest players in the estate agency sector in the UK is a positive not just for us at Livingroom but also for the islands which will benefit from the increased exposure and our clients whose homes are reaching growing numbers of prospective buyers.”
Livingroom recently expanded into Jersey to become Livingroom – the Channel Island estate agent and is soon to relaunch its Guernsey website with new branding and enhanced user functionality.
