The latest discussion covered a range of topics including geopolitical issues, regulation and cyber.
Jonathan Wiseman (pictured), Associate Partner in Audit & Assurance, moderated the session and provided an update covering amendments to the UK Corporate Governance Code on board reporting.
Adam Cichocki, Assurance Partner, and Jackie McLaughlin, Assurance Director, gave a regulatory update that focused on key local developments including Sustainable Finance.
Kathryn Wintle, Tax Director gave a recap and an update on Pillar Two.
Peter Ireson, Economist at Deloitte provided a broad update on economic trends and shared Deloitte’s views on opportunities for growth.
