Mortgage Service Administrator
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join the Mortgage Services Team. As a Mortgage Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and team members throughout the mortgage process. This role would suit an individual looking to develop their administration skills and look to learn and develop a career. We will train and support the successful candidate to help them achieve their full potential.
Key responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service by promptly responding to enquiries and addressing customer concerns.
- Demonstrate high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate with customer queries in a timely and accurate manner by phone, email and mail.
- Maintain organised customer records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- To work as one team, collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Champion the experience customers have with Skipton and ensure outcomes are achieved that are appropriate for customers
- Deliver excellent service to customers and/or Stakeholders
- Embrace learning and development to build your capability, potential and support your career planning
- Ensure you are clear at all times what is expected of you, and that you have objectives against which performance will be reviewed
Essential requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document processing.
- Capability to thrive both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer support capabilities.
- Minimum of pass level at GCSE or equivalent
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and spreadsheets
- Ideally some experience with financial administration
