James Dickinson, partner at law firm Dickinson Gleeson in Jersey, will be joining the panel of speakers at the Citywealth Forum.
James (pictured) will be debating on the subject of Litigation Strategies – examining challenges to estate plans and inheritance by third and fourth generations.
On the panel he’ll be joining Caroline Miller, partner at London based law firm Wedlake Bell LLP. The debate is moderated by Joshua Rubenstein – partner and chair at New York City law firm Katten Machin Rosenmann.
Now in its fifth year, the Citywealth Forum discusses important topics of the day relevant to wealth management, in a geopolitical context. It is moderated by Karen Jones, CEO of Citywealth, and chaired by Joshua Rubenstein, at Katten Muchin Rosenmann.
James Dickinson isn’t the only distinguished speaker from the Island. Joe Moynihan, CEO at Jersey Finance, will be returning to the Forum for the second year running, and Sarah Bartram – Lara Reina, trustee director at family office Stonehage Fleming and President of Jersey Association of Trust Companies, will also represent Jersey.
They will all be joining keynote speaker the Rt Hon Penny Mordaunt, a Parliamentarian for 14 years, and the first and only woman to be Secretary of State for Defence as well as the first and only woman to be Minister for the Armed Forces. She is well remembered for stealing the show as the elegant and dignified sword bearer at the Coronation of King Charles III, in her role of Leader of the Commons and Lord President of the Council.
