Carey Olsen counsel Elliot Aron, senior associate Eleanor Davies and associate Victoria Cure have been named in eprivateclient’s 2024 NextGen Leaders List for the UK and UK Crown Dependencies.
The NextGen Leaders list recognises outstanding legal and finance professionals based in the Crown Dependencies with up to 20 years of industry experience in the private client advisory sector.
Professionals to feature on the list were nominated and chosen based on their individual qualities and achievements, positive feedback received from superiors, their progression to senior positions, and company performance.
Eleanor (pictured) is a senior associate in the Jersey dispute resolution and litigation team, with experience in a wide variety of litigation matters in addition to an in-depth understanding of Jersey corporate and trust structures. She has previously featured on eprivateclient’s ‘Top 35 Under 35’ list.
Elliot is counsel in the Guernsey dispute resolution and litigation team, advising international and local clients on a wide range of contentious matters and specialising in complex and high-value commercial and trust disputes.
Victoria is an associate in the Jersey family team and is based in our London office. She assists clients with a wide range of relationship-related issues and is particularly adept at dealing with cases involving complex finances and cross-border elements. Her practice includes advising High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients on strategies to protect wealth in the event of a future relationship breakdown. Victoria co-founded the firm’s NextGen Network.
Partner and head of trusts and private wealth in Guernsey, Russell Clark, commented: “Congratulations to Elliot, Eleanor and Victoria on being recognised as leading professionals in the private client advisory sector. Each individual is incredibly hard-working and an exemplary adviser to clients in their area of work. Their inclusion in eprivateclient’s NextGen Leaders list is very well-deserved.”
