Advocate Martin Jones has joined the ever-growing Disputes & Risk team at Babbé as a Partner.
With a career spanning more than 20 years, Martin (pictured) specialises in complex local and international commercial litigation including trust and regulatory matters, cross border fraud claims, multi-jurisdictional insolvency matters, asset tracing and commercial disputes. He also has substantial experience in commercial property, construction disputes and advising on regulating issues including data protection. His clients have included regulated financial services businesses, investment funds and high net worth individuals and families.
Martin was admitted as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey in 2012 and is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, a member of INSOL and the International Bar Association and an overseas member of the Chancery Bar Association in London.
