Prosperity 24/7’s office refurbishment at Castle Quay has been awarded Project of the Year up to £2 Million, at the Jersey Construction Council Awards.
The awards, which took place on Saturday 21st October at the Royal Jersey Showground, celebrate the achievements of businesses in the island’s construction industry.
The Main Contractor, Style Interiors, worked closely with the Prosperity 24/7 team, Axis Mason, Colin Smith Partnership and Rothwell to deliver this ambitious and award-winning project.
The refurbishment saw a dramatic overhaul of the former Tiffin’s site, with quality and environmental considerations at the core of the design. The plans made far better use of space, providing an extra 3,600 sq foot of extra useable space. Revitalising and injecting vibrancy into a space that had been empty for some time following the pandemic.
