Ogier develops and rewards home-grown talent with a raft of promotions across its Channel Islands teams.
In the legal team in Jersey, Katie Baxter (pictured) has progressed to managing associate and Sophie Treanor to senior associate. In Guernsey, Gareth Parr has been promoted to senior associate in Ogier’s Dispute Resolution team.
In addition, Michael Ogilvy Watson and Hugo Reid in Jersey and James Hewlett in Guernsey have all been promoted to associate following their graduation from Ogier’s trainee solicitor programme.
A number of other promotions have also been made across the firm’s Jersey teams. In Business Services, Alessia Zammataro has progressed to assistant business development manager, Laetitia Rosa to corporate governance assistant manager for Ogier Global, and Lucas Brennan to IT Analyst.
Fallon Saussey becomes assistant marketing manager, while Katherine Day progresses to senior marketing executive, and Lucy Warren becomes marketing executive. Rebecca Murray and Katie Brown have both been promoted to Head of Financial Control, Rebecca for Ogier Global and Katie for Legal and Business Services. Philippa Highfield becomes Head of Management Accounting for Ogier Global and Sandra Andrade becomes team leader for the Global Support Team.
Meanwhile, within the Ogier Global business, Harry Slater has progressed to associate director and Kris Rive to manager, while Chloe Raphael and Melissa Donoghue become administrators, and in Ogier Regulatory Consulting, Sarah Valerkou has been promoted to client director.
