A hotelier with more than 30 years’ experience working with global hotel brands is joining St Pierre Park Hotel, Spa and Golf resort in St Peter Port.
Mark Platt is joining the Hand Picked Hotels-owned site as General Manager.
He’s previously worked for well-known brands in the UK and internationally, including IHG, Accor and Hilton. He was most recently General Manager of The Majestic Hotel in Harrogate.
Mark said: “I am delighted to lead the team at St Pierre Park, which has the most comprehensive facilities on the island for business, leisure and private functions and a committed and passionate team. I am looking forward to building upon the success of our newly relaunched and award-winning health club and spa, as well as continuing a comprehensive programme of bedroom upgrades and enhancements to our food and beverage offering to further establish the hotel as the island’s premium leisure and business resort.”
