International fund administrator, the Aztec Group, has won ‘Fund Administrator of the Year’ at the 2023 Real Deals Private Equity Awards.
Winners were announced at an awards ceremony in London last night after a rigorous judging process and voting round, based on the views of a panel of leading private equity professionals and votes from clients and peers.
There were nine fund administrators on the shortlist, and feedback from the judges noted that Aztec’s win reflected its demonstrable focus on innovation in ESG reporting and technology, combined with the rapid growth of its business and team.
The recognition follows a year of significant growth for the Group, having opened two new offices in Ireland in response to client demand and continued expansion of their presence in the US market.
Aztec Group Head of Private Equity, Matt Horton (pictured), said: “We are honoured to have been recognised in this award category among many of our peers in the market. Our distinctive culture and values-driven approach allows us to continue to provide the highest levels of client service, while also delivering on our ambitious strategy for growth and finding new ways to innovate in our industry. I am humbled by the hard work and dedication of our people each and every day as we continue on our journey to becoming a truly global leading provider.
“To our clients and business partners, thank you for continuing to place your trust in us and for making our success possible.”
The annual awards are designed to recognise the leading companies and professionals within the European private equity industry.
