Global investor services group IQ-EQ is pleased to announce the appointment of Jon Stevens as Head of Risk and Compliance in their Jersey business.
Jon (pictured) has over 10 years’ experience in the risk and compliance sector, and most recently was Director of Policy at the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC), where he held responsibility for the Codes of Practice and Policy development and for overseeing the Policy team in their collaborative work with the government and industry to develop Jersey’s financial services regulatory framework.
He started his career with KPMG and Deloitte as a chartered accountant and auditor, before holding various senior policy and managerial positions with JFSC.
As IQ-EQ Jersey’s Head of Risk and Compliance, Jon will lead on the delivery of strategic targets in the Risk and Compliance function, as well as having an active role in risk and operations committees, identifying improvements in policies and procedures.
