Jersey law firm Viberts has strengthened its Family Law team with the appointment of Senior Associate Advocate Emma Hollywood.
Emma (pictured) brings with her a wealth of family law experience including matters relating to children, family and divorce issues and harassment applications.
Prior to joining Viberts Emma worked for the Attorney General at the Law Officers Department. She was called as a Jersey Advocate in 2008 and was appointed as the Advocate to represent the Minister for Children’s Service and Education – specialising in conducting complex high profile multi sibling public law cases.
In 2010 she was appointed as a Crown Advocate, representing the Attorney General on serious prosecutions in the Royal Court. She was appointed a Senior Legal Adviser in 2018 – prosecuting high profile cases in the Royal Court.
