Crestbridge has been recognised for supporting asset managers with cutting-edge compliance and regulatory expertise at this year’s Hedgeweek European Awards.
With winners being announced at a virtual ceremony on 11th March, Crestbridge won the ‘Best Regulatory Advisory and Compliance Firm’ category. The winners were selected through a rigorous ‘peer review’ online voting process from a broad cross-section of managers, service providers and investors in the European alternative funds space.
An established fixture in the international hedge and alternative fund space, the Hedgeweek European Awards are designed to recognised excellence amongst managers and service providers. The award win follows a period of international growth for Crestbridge, with the firm having announced the launch of its new operation in Ireland earlier this month and a new office in New Jersey at the end of 2020, as well as marking its 10th anniversary in Luxembourg last year.
Commenting on the win, Daniela Klasen-Martin, Group Head of Management Company Services at Crestbridge, said: “There’s no doubt that, as we emerge from perhaps the most disruptive period in our lifetime, alternative managers are focusing like never before on robust governance, oversight, compliance and regulation.
“We’ve invested considerably in these areas across the board over recent years, in terms of infrastructure and personnel to position ourselves ahead of the game, and it is really pleasing that our expertise and forward-thinking has been recognised through these leading industry awards”.
