Review your year
Spend some time this year reviewing how the year has been and what you would like to improve on.
Find a specific area you want to improve and plan how you will get better in that area.
Some examples:
- Learn piano – find a teacher
- Lose some body fat – hire a coach
- Learn a language – download duolingo
- Improve your mobility – find a yoga class
