Quick tipsTip number nine

Review your year

Spend some time this year reviewing how the year has been and what you would like to improve on.

Find a specific area you want to improve and plan how you will get better in that area.

Some examples:

  • Learn piano – find a teacher
  • Lose some body fat – hire a coach
  • Learn a language – download duolingo
  • Improve your mobility – find a yoga class
