Livingroom Estate Agents is celebrating five-star success at the United Kingdom Property Awards, winning five-star awards for Real Estate Agency Single Office for both Guernsey and Jersey, and Real Estate Agency Marketing for the Channel Islands.
The International Property Awards are an annual awards programme held in different regions around the world, with regional winners going on to compete internationally. For the first time, this year’s award presentations were managed virtually, to comply with restrictions around the COVID-19 pandemic.
Simon Torode, Livingroom Founder, CEO, reflected on the agency’s success: “This is fantastic news to cap off what has been a quite remarkable year. In the early days of March we, like all islanders, were worried about what the immediate future held. To have reached December with a record-breaking year is a hugely humbling and a testament to how hard my team has worked, as well as the government responses that allowed us to get back to work as quickly as we did.
“We’re proud to have won these national awards.
