Ravenscroft has been named Investment Specialist of the Year at the European Captive Review Awards 2020.
The award is for Ravenscroft’s cash management team which was also shortlisted in the Collateral Specialist category. At the awards, which were held virtually, Guernsey was named European Domicile of the Year.
Head of cash management, Pierre Paul, commented: “Providing cash management solutions to the captive industry is something we have been doing for more than 25 years and so to receive independent recognition of our expertise is fantastic, particularly after such a challenging and unusual year. Ravenscroft’s award, together with Guernsey being named as European Domicile of the Year, really shows the skills and expertise that can be found in the island”.
In the Investment Specialist of the Year category, the other finalists were Allianz Global Investors and London & Capital and in the Collateral Specialist of the Year category, Ravenscroft was shortlisted together with Barclays, who were named winners, and Wilmington Trust.
