Intertrust Group in Jersey has appointed Chris Patton as Head of Private Equity and Dameon Gaynor as Director of Private Equity to further develop its fund services department.
The growing Intertrust Group Private Equity team has offices in all the major finance centres around the world. Chris will be responsible for leading the team in Jersey and overseeing administrative and accounting services. As Director in the Private Equity Jersey team, Dameon will lead a portfolio of key client relationships and help drive the development and implementation of the funds service line strategy in Jersey.
Chris, who has eighteen years’ experience in the finance industry, previously worked for two Jersey fund administrators in various leadership roles. He also worked in Economic Development in the Office of the Chief Executive for the Government of Jersey. Chris has knowledge of the private equity market and has worked in both Jersey and London. Chris is a UK Chartered Tax Advisor and holds an ICA International Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance and an undergraduate degree in Applied Microbiology.

Dameon is a qualified chartered accountant and has more than fifteen years’ experience in fund administration services. Before joining Intertrust Group, Dameon had several client-facing and operational roles in Jersey-based private equity and real estate administration service providers. Dameon is also PRINCE2 qualified with significant project management experience.
