Deloitte in the Channel Islands has won the Inclusion and Belonging award in this year’s Leaders in WellBeing Awards after being shortlisted for six different categories.
This is the second consecutive year that Deloitte’s approach to wellbeing and diversity has been recognised by these awards, winning the Inclusion and Belonging accolade in 2019.

This shows our commitment to offering an environment which supports both the mental and physical wellbeing of our people, and in which all our people feel that they truly belong and are valued in our business. 2020 has been a year like no other and Deloitte’s values, such as ‘take care of each other’, have underpinned our response to the pandemic. Our Black Live Matters campaign, reverse mentoring and allyship programmes are examples of initiatives we have put in place to ensure our culture of belonging and inclusion goes from strength to strength.”
The Leaders in WellBeing Awards were created last year to celebrate the growing wellbeing-related activities of organisations and individuals in the Channel Islands:- including corporates, entrepreneurs, health and wellbeing practitioners, government departments, schools and not-for-profit organisations.
This year, Deloitte was nominated for the Caring Employer of the Year, Healthiest Workplace, Giving Back Good Business and the Inclusion and Belonging awards. The Deloitte Wellbeing Sports & Social Team was also shortlisted for the Mental Health award and Wellbeing Practitioner – Continuous Professional Development.
