Described as the ‘definitive annual list of leading young private client practitioners in the UK and Crown Dependencies’, the 2020 eprivateclient Top 35 Under 35 has identified 35 men and 35 women as rising stars of the private wealth advisory sector.
With two representatives in the list Carey Olsen leads all Channel Islands-based legal and financial services providers.
Nichola, a senior associate in the Jersey trusts and private wealth practice, specialises in trusts law and acts for trust company businesses, family offices and high net worth clients, with a primary focus on non-contentious trust matters. In particular, she advises on the establishment, operation, restructuring and winding-up of private and commercial trust structures.
Oliver, a senior associate in the dispute resolution and litigation group, advises Jersey businesses on contentious and non-contentious regulatory matters and international sanctions. Oliver has significant experience of high value trust litigation and asset recovery disputes.
