New loyalty club offers local business owners a free platform to promote exclusive rewards and packages to its members

Zingela Club started in August 2019 and by December had accumulated over £5,000 in potential reward savings for each member. Everything was going well, then …Coronavirus arrived. Events were cancelled and rewards were put on hold to ensure the supporting businesses and members alike were not compromised.

Paul Fox, Managing Director said “Like all businesses, we were hit hard, and had to hibernate Zingela Club through lockdown. The core of our business is to encourage the consumer to shop, socialise and save money, so when our Club Partners were forced into closure we had to follow. Now restrictions have eased somewhat a level of normality is returning so we have decided that all members will receive a three month expiry date extension free of charge, which has been very well received.

We have been talking to a lot of businesses recently who want to become Club Partners so more will be announced soon but pandemic recovery comes first. In the meantime we have been working hard planning for 2021 and have some exciting news in the coming months regarding a premier event”

Members currently enjoy savings of potentially up to £4,000 and there’s also a monthly prize draw which members don’t have to enter to win, that part’s automatic and a winning number is drawn each month.

Prizes so far have ranged from a Giant Flamingo worth £20 to a Villa in Spain worth £3,500. For £50 a year, members have access to exclusive rewards, monthly prizes and special events (circumstances allowing).

Peter Langdon, Creative Director said, “We’re really excited by the prospect of creating events that stand out from the crowd. We don’t want to give too much away as we’re fully aware of a copycat business waiting in the wings. They say competition is healthy, well we’re up for the challenge and we won’t disappoint”.

Paul added “We are here to help businesses generate a greater footfall for free. Any business owner can contact me at [email protected] There are no contracts or catches we just ask for up to three exclusive rewards which can be time specific or unlimited. A simple percentage off the full price is great but we try to encourage businesses to think outside the box with an exclusive package. For instance The Salty Dog Bistro, one of our first Club Partners, gives two Zingela Club cocktails to every member that dines there.

“Members simply prove membership at a Club Partner establishment and the reward is theirs. Simple. No codes. No coupons. No vouchers. Just great savings at source.”

The Zingela Club App is launching soon for Apple and Android, offering member features such as Club Partner locations, rewards at your fingertips and prizes.
