People in Guernsey are being urged to have their say on rules surrounding a potential new housing development of 35 homes on a vinery site in Guernsey.
The Draft Development Framework has been prepared by the Planning Service ahead of any development at Cleveleys Vinery on La Route Du Braye in the Vale parish. The site is immediately to the north of the Vale/St Sampson parish boundary line.
It is designated for housing in the Island Development Plan and is currently occupied by a 6-unit residential development to the north with an access road which leads to a disused vinery site on the southern part of the 1.1 hectares site.
You have until 9 February 2018 to share your views on the draft document with the Development & Planning Authority by emailing [email protected] or sending them a letter.
If approved, the Development Framework will become Supplementary Planning Guidance and will be taken into account when considering development proposals for this site. You can see the The Draft Development Framework here.
