Commercial and residential property agent Savills has finalised the sale of both Dorey Court and Martello Court in Guernsey.
The purchase was made by a Savills client on behalf of an overseas investor at a price in excess of £60,000,000.
Director of Savills, Tony Rowbotham, said:
“We last sold the building in 2015 and have undertaken a programme of asset management in the last four years, resulting in new lettings to the Royal Bank of Canada, Aon Insurance and Investec Asset Management, achieving a 22% uplift in the buildings’ capital value.
“ This is our third major office sale in the last 18 months, having transacted over £200,000,000 of prime offices in the Channel Islands.”
