Jade Cook joining as group company secretary, Guy Hardill as MLRO and Laura Colley as assistant company secretary.

It follows significant company growth and expansion into the UK market.

Group MD Mark Bousfield said: “Ravenscroft has changed considerably in just a few years with offices in Guernsey, Jersey and the UK and a growing range of

products and services. To ensure we can continue delivering what our clients deserve and expect, and to meet and exceed the regulatory and compliance requirements of the Channel Islands as leading financial services jurisdictions, it’s imperative that we have experienced industry specialists as part of the team.”

Miss Cook, holds the ICSA certificate and diploma as well as an MSc in corporate

governance. She was previously at Ipes in Guernsey.

She said: “Ravenscroft is a growing company with a real focus on delivering professional services and it’s exciting to be part of that. I’m looking forward to bringing a proactive attitude to ensure the company’s corporate governance practices are to the highest standards.”

While Guy Hardill, who brings nearly 25 years of financial services industry experience, including five years with the Guernsey Border Agency specialising in financial crime investigations and asset confiscations, is looking forward to his role as MLRO: “I bring a wealth of financial services experience, coupled with a law enforcement background,
which allows me to bring a pragmatic solution. I have trained with the International
Compliance Association and will continue to upskill which is necessary as the amount of

regulatory change never stops.”

And Miss Colley has 30 years of finance industry experience having previously worked at Standard Chartered Trust in Guernset: “I hope my three decades of experience will be
invaluable as I move away from trust into a new sector.”
