The scariest night of the year is creeping up on us all and the Tassili team at the AA Five Star Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa are busy preparing a frighteningly creative menu to mark the occasion.
They have put a spooky spin on their gastronomic offering, re’vamping’ it for a very special thrill-themed fine dining experience on Saturday 31st October.
This spellbindingly immersive seven course menu is designed to haunt the taste buds whilst appealing to all the senses, promising a spook-tacular evening. Delicious local and seasonal produce will be given a scarily sophisticated twist providing both tricks and treats! Diners can expect the unexpected with dripping beetroot sorbet blood, wriggling worms, sweet spiders’ webs and a pumpkin teaser.
Commenting on this special evening, Nicolas Valmagna, Executive Chef said: “We don’t want to give too much away about the devilish fun that we have in store for Halloween at Tassili, but diners can expect the unexpected at what will undoubtedly be a frighteningly good evening”.
