Zedra has been shortlisted for the 2020 STEP Private Client Awards in the Trust company of the year (large firm) category. In the four years since Zedra was launched, it has grown into a team of 500 across 14 countries spanning Asia, Oceania the Americas and Europe
“Zedra is the newest and smallest player in the shortlisted group by some margin, and I think this underlines Zedra’s expertise, skill and commitment to providing innovative and consistent high standards of service for our clients and their advisors globally. We are delighted to be shortlisted, but I particularly want to thank Zedra’s team for their ongoing dedication. This nomination is really a reflection of the hard work that goes on behind the scenes to support our clients and their advisors”, said Ivo Hemelraad, CEO, Zedra.
Potential winners of this coveted award needed to demonstrate to the judges a genuinely dynamic, international and independent approach to their business across a range of categories.
Over the past twelve months, in addition to buy-outs in Guernsey and Poland, Zedra has completed the significant acquisition of BNP Paribas’ Singaporean trust business and it is poised to announce yet another major acquisition in Europe in the next few weeks.
This growth will play an important part in supporting future private placement trust business.
