The annual Citywealth Brand Management & Reputation Awards have taken place June during a champagne reception at the private members club 12 Hay Hill, Mayfair, London.
In its eighth year now, these annual awards were created to highlight the best brands and their communication strategies. They also recognise the ever important marketing and press function within financial services and the challenges it faces as it switches to ESG stakeholder models.
Now more than ever, the pandemic and remote working have highlighted the importance of communication within organisations and employee brand. Communication tools have also changed, with podcasts and webinars now mainstream. AI is also playing an increasingly important role within the wealth management industry.
The Channel Islands again stood out by their strong presence amongst the winners with five individuals and eight companies recognised for their excellence. Special mention goes to law firm Stonehage Fleming that scooped three gold awards.
