The Atlantic Hotel and Ocean Restaurant has announced that Executive Chef, Will Holland has been shortlisted for the Hotel Chef of the Year award at the Hotel Cateys 2022.
Dubbed as the Oscars of the hospitality industry, these accolades recognise and celebrate excellence among hospitality professionals. The awards will take place at the Royal Lancaster London hotel on 28th November 2022.
Will (pictured) is shortlisted alongside George Blogg from Gravetye Manor and Luke Matthews from Chewton Glen for the Hotel Chef of the Year (Fewer than 250 covers) award.

Since he joined the hotel in 2017 he has completely redesigned the food offering, based around the concept of a more informal style of luxury dining.
