Voting has opened for the 2025 Jersey Finance Rising Stars Awards, designed to recognise the future leaders from across the local financial services industry.
The Awards, now in their sixth year, celebrate young Jersey talent (aged 16– 30 years) across 14 industry categories.
Nominations opened in February for firms to put forward young people that they felt deserved recognition for having made a difference to their workplace, set a strong example in their field of work or drawn on their skills to make a positive impact in the local community.
This year saw another amazing number of nominations received from across the industry. 42 nominees have been shortlisted by independent judges Julie Acey, Ports of Jersey, Rebecca Brewer, Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust and Alan Le Maistre, National Trust for Jersey.
The public can now vote for the shortlisted candidates via AwardForce, and winners will be announced at a ceremony on Friday 4 July at the Royal Jersey Showground.
Commenting on the awards, Joe Moynihan, Chief Executive Officer – Jersey Finance said: “I would like to extend my warmest congratulations to everyone who received a nomination for this year’s awards, especially to those who have made the shortlist. It is truly inspiring to see so many young individuals being acknowledged for their impact within the industry, a testament to the remarkable talent we are fortunate to have here on the Island. I look forward to the community showing its support by taking part in the voting process.”
