UBS in Jersey has appointed Philip Legrand (Chartered MCSI) as an Associate Director in the Private Client Team. The new appointment will assist the further growth of the team’s portfolio of Jersey and UK based clients.
Philip holds a BA in Economics and MSc in International Management from the University of Exeter and has attained Level 6 in Private Client Investment Advice & Management from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI). Philip’s technical knowledge and experience of the finance sector will assist in managing a portfolio of UK resident non-domiciled private clients. He will also be working with the established team of Client Advisors to look after the interests of high value private clients resident in Jersey and Channel Island intermediaries.
Philip comes to UBS with over a decade of experience in financial services. In his previous position, Philip ran a high-performing team of 12 managers for an international bank and established himself as a key risk manager.

Outside of work, Philip is a keen runner and he has completed numerous marathons across Europe. He also has an interest in languages and has dedicated time to learning Greek and Chinese.
