Mourant lawyers Heidi Sandy and Benjamin Manchak have been sworn in as Advocates of the Royal Court of Guernsey.
Advocate Sandy and Advocate Manchak, who are members of Mourant’s Guernsey litigation and dispute resolution practice, have successfully completed the Guernsey Bar exams and the Certificat d’Études Juridiques Françaises et Normandes at the University of Caen. They were called to the Guernsey Bar at a swearing in ceremony at the Royal Court on Monday 2 September.

Advocate Sandy joined Mourant in 2014 and is a Senior Associate specialising in general commercial litigation. She advises on contract and shareholder disputes, banking and finance litigation, professional negligence and insolvency, and is a member of The Women Lawyers Division.
Advocate Manchak has been with the firm since 2015, as an Associate with broad experience in complex, multi-jurisdictional civil/commercial litigation. He is a member of The American Bar Association, The International Bar Association and The Guernsey International Lawyers Association.
