Following the success of Business Eye CI across the Channel Islands and beyond, the team behind it are about to launch two more Eye media platforms for the Channel Islands.
Containing business news and commentary on Jersey and Guernsey’s diverse industry sectors, Business Eye CI, which was established just over a year ago, brings the reader quick-to-read, no-nonsense business news straight to their inbox.
Founder, Julie Todd, of Collaborate Communications Ltd, commented: “I have been extremely pleased with Business Eye’s success from day one. Our readers have welcomed the no-nonsense approach that we offer with our free daily emails, which focus solely on business news relating to the islands, including new appointments.
“We certainly don’t spam you with constant messages – just your daily email early each morning, to set you up for the working day ahead.
“It has never been our intention to compete with the local print and digital newspapers, who do a wonderful job in covering all aspects of local and community news.
“Business Eye CI has proven its place in the market by offering short, punchy business news items to inform at the start of each working day.”
The two new ‘Eyes’ will arrive at the end of March and April respectively, commencing with Travel Eye C.I.
Editor, Beci Stratton, says of the new offering: “Travel Eye C.I. is aimed at readers who travel in the Channel Islands and further afield. Whether you live on one of the islands, and travel abroad for family holidays, for business, or even for medical reasons, then Travel Eye CI is for you.
“The website and weekly news emails will be written and produced to appeal to anyone of any age who travels in or out of the islands. It will appeal to the widest possible audience – from individual travellers, family holidaymakers, business travellers and beyond.
“We will cover travel and transport news relating to local air and ferry links, updates from our Channel Island hubs, such as Southampton Airport or Poole, and aspirational travel ideas for dream holidays and experiences. Travel has changed immeasurably over the last decade – we believe this is your opportunity to keep up to date on all issues that affect Channel Island travellers the most.”
Travel Eye CI will launch at the end of March with a brand new website, weekly travel news emails, and social media competitions to win free holidays.
