The Atlantic Hotel has announced its membership of the Hoteliers’ Charter.
This significant step aligns with the Charter’s principles of prioritising colleagues’ wellness and career development at the core of hotel operations.
The Hoteliers’ Charter unites hotels across the country in a shared mission to develop their team members through comprehensive training, apprenticeships, coaching, mentoring, and career development programmes. By supporting the Charter, The Atlantic Hotel emphasises its dedication to eradicating low pay, advocating for career growth opportunities, and ensuring access to financial and pension guidance for all employees.
Patrick Burke (pictured), Owner of The Atlantic Hotel, explained: “We are proud to have joined the Hoteliers’ Charter. This reflects our fundamental belief that hotels offer fulfilling careers, not just jobs. As a small, family-run luxury hotel, we take immense pride in the highest levels of personal service delivered by our dedicated and talented team. We have always believed in fostering a supportive and nurturing environment for our colleagues. By joining the Charter, we are reaffirming our commitment to their personal and professional growth, ensuring they have access to the tools and opportunities they need.”
