Tenn Capital has completed a £2.3 million loan against a London residential property.
This particular transaction was complex because the borrower was an international trust structure. The underlying beneficial owner is also based internationally. The trust structures were linked to the borrower’s corporate interests and business holdings.
Tenn Capital’s team were able to draw on their experience and track record lending in highly complex scenarios and financing deals that involve various types of international structure.
Mike Starkey, Head of Credit for Tenn Capital, said, “We are delighted to complete this transaction. Our team worked hard to understand the nuances of the deal at the outset and then collaborated closely with our excellent legal representatives to complete the transaction. Our thanks again go to them and particularly Joelson.”
