Global professional services provider, Suntera, announces senior management changes to support its ongoing expansion and position it for future growth opportunities.
Suntera Global has appointed Ted Pepper as Chief Risk Officer, Mark Reynolds as Chief Operating Officer and Sharon De Mendonca as Chief People Officer, effective immediately, as the firm repositions its senior management team to enhance its strategic leadership, operational oversight and governance practices. Both Ted and Mark are based in the Isle of Man office and Sharon in the Jersey office.
Formerly Managing Director of the Group’s digital division, Ted Pepper will take on responsibility for the governance, risk and compliance functions across the international Group whilst retaining his role as Director of the Group’s digital division.
Ted is a fellow of the International Compliance Association and has held senior risk and compliance positions with the Group over the past 12 years. Having played a key, strategic role in developing the Group’s specialist digital team over the past decade, he has an expert knowledge and well-established track record of defining and managing risk.
Meanwhile, Mark Reynolds will retain his role of Managing Director of the Isle of Man office and will also act as Chief Operating Officer, with responsibility for overseeing Suntera’s global office network and expanding multi-jurisdictional team.
Mark has worked in the corporate services and digital industries in the Isle of Man for more than fifteen years and re-joined Suntera Global in 2020 after having previously been business development manager between 2010 and 2014. An Associated Member of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators, he has significant senior level experience of managing international growth businesses.
Sharon De Mendonca (shown in the main picture), formerly the Group’s Global Head of HR has been elevated to the Group’s leadership team as Chief People Officer. A CIPD Fellow, with more than 20 years in HR, Sharon joined the Group in 2020 bringing extensive experience in HR roles across numerous international professional services firms.
The changes to the senior management team reflect the growth and evolution of Suntera Global, building on the management buy-out in June 2019 and signalling the developing corporate maturity of the business.
