With the current challenges in recruitment, Jersey’s leading outsourced and interim HR services supplier, HR Now, has launched a dedicated HR Recruitment agency to support local businesses.
HR4HR is the only agency on the Island specialising in this area and uses the expertise of its sister company’s team to find and place the right candidates in critical HR roles.
HR4HR is being led by experienced recruitment specialist, Geraldine Sanders, who ran her own recruitment agency for 16 years, and prior to that, worked in HR herself.

HR4HR is open to employers needing to fill specific HR roles and will maintain a database of potentially suitable candidates who are looking for the next steps in their careers. HR4HR can assist in the whole process from helping with writing job descriptions to screening, interviewing, and beyond.
