Global financial services consulting firm Sionic has announced the appointment of Craig Miller as its first Chief Client Officer.
Craig joins Sionic from a twenty two-year career at fintech giant Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. where he most recently served as Head of Business Development for North America Capital Markets.
Craig (pictured) previously served as Vice-President of Broadridge’s Fixed Income Division, where he was jointly responsible for the financial performance and growth of a $100+ million fixed income portfolio of products and services. Earlier in his career, Craig ran a relationship management team covering some of the world’s largest banks and broker dealers.
Before Broadridge, Craig held positions in Lehman Brothers’ and Bear Stearns’ structured finance groups.
Sionic offers a range of services in business strategy, operational excellence and improvement, technology transformation and digitisation, international regulatory compliance, risk, finance and control, leadership, talent and cultural transformation to banking, asset and investment management, financial markets infrastructure, wealth management, insurance and reinsurance clients.
In December 2021, Sionic was acquired by Davies, the specialist professional services and technology firm, working with insurance, highly regulated and global businesses.
Chief Client Officer is a brand new role for Sionic and carries a global remit, aimed at ensuring best in breed new business development and client account management across all parts of the firm.
