Redwood Co Sec Limited has appointed Martine Wallbridge as a senior manager, adding expertise and experience to their growing company secretary and governance team.
The business was established one year ago as part of the Redwood Group. Managing director Tom Cluett said: “Martine is a great addition to our growing team, she has more than 10 years’ experience in this field and a wealth of skills and knowledge.”
Prior to joining Redwood Ms Wallbridge worked for international corporate service providers, as a company secretary and administrator on a range of debt, real estate and private equity clients. Most recently she managed a team responsible for the company secretary function on several London listed, regulated and licensed entities.
Ms Wallbridge holds a BA (Hons) degree from the University of Winchester and also acts as a director on the Board of The Guernsey Amateur Dramatics and Operatic Society.
