Simon Le Brocq has been promoted to the Head of Transformation and Change, part of BDO’s Advisory division.

This appointment reflects BDO’s continued growth in the Channel Islands and its plans to expand its client base in the Advisory space.

Throughout the past year the BDO Group in Jersey have been supporting the Island through the Covid-19 pandemic with their expanding multi-disciplinary Advisory Team incorporating the Transformation and Change function, which Simon will now lead. The Transformation and Change function supports businesses through programme and project management, change management and their digital transformation journey.

He has supported change in people, processes, and technology in the provision of investments, banking, funds, and corporate services solutions. Simon’s energy, focus and experience will enable him to support the team’s growth aspirations and will add value to all BDO’s client engagement.

In his new role, Simon will lead the Transformation and Change team, co-ordinating the team’s activities and leading the collaboration with the Advisory division and the wider BDO Group. He will support customers in not only delivering their change but in the shaping of what that change looks like to make their transformation successful.

Simon Le Brocq, Head of Transformation and Change at BDO in Jersey, said: “The speed of change is forever increasing, and more customers are becoming aware for the constant need for it. I am excited for the opportunity to work with a great team and business that supports customers in their growth. We have an unrivalled breadth and depth of capability within the Channel Islands and are uniquely placed to support our clients both locally and internationally. I am eager to lead this experienced team in delivering innovative and pragmatic services and solutions to our clients.”
