Simon Le Brocq has been promoted to the Head of Transformation and Change, part of BDO’s Advisory division.
This appointment reflects BDO’s continued growth in the Channel Islands and its plans to expand its client base in the Advisory space.
Throughout the past year the BDO Group in Jersey have been supporting the Island through the Covid-19 pandemic with their expanding multi-disciplinary Advisory Team incorporating the Transformation and Change function, which Simon will now lead. The Transformation and Change function supports businesses through programme and project management, change management and their digital transformation journey.
Simon (pictured) has over 30 years’ experience implementing change in the finance industry. He has supported change in people, processes, and technology in the provision of investments, banking, funds, and corporate services solutions. Simon’s energy, focus and experience will enable him to support the team’s growth aspirations and will add value to all BDO’s client engagement.
In his new role, Simon will lead the Transformation and Change team, co-ordinating the team’s activities and leading the collaboration with the Advisory division and the wider BDO Group. He will support customers in not only delivering their change but in the shaping of what that change looks like to make their transformation successful.
