Sarnia Hotels has successfully completed a series of renovations and upgrades across its three properties: Best Western Moores Hotel, Best Western Hotel de Havelet, and Les Rocquettes Hotel.
This significant investment represents a commitment to the island’s hospitality industry and a positive signal of confidence in Guernsey’s continued appeal as a destination. All works were carried out using local contractors.
At Best Western Hotel de Havelet (pictured), the entrance has been upgraded and the lounge and meeting room facilities fully redecorated. At Les Rocquettes Hotel, 14 bedrooms have been redecorated, and four bathrooms refitted. The entrance to the hotel has also been widened and recobbled and now features a dedicated bicycle parking area.
Karel Harris, Managing Director of Sarnia Hotels, said: “We are proud to invest in our hotels and in the Guernsey visitor experience. From elegant, modern meeting rooms at Hotel de Havelet to refreshed bedrooms and bathrooms at Les Rocquettes, and operational upgrades behind the scenes, these improvements help us maintain the highest standards and give every guest the very best impression of the island.
“These renovations also reflect our optimism for the future of tourism in Guernsey. There’s so much to offer here, and we want to play our part in making every stay memorable.”
