Sanne, the provider of alternative asset and corporate services, has relocated its Jersey business into its new home at IFC 5, Jersey’s premier office space at the Waterfront.
The FTSE 250 business previously occupied a series of connected offices in Castle Street, which over the years have been redesigned and retro fitted to address Sanne’s rapidly growing headquarters.
Sanne is now situated in one of the most modern office spaces available in Jersey, with a number of key benefits to staff including natural light to work in and a modern open office environment surrounded by external views of the waterfront in St Helier.
IFC 5 is also very environmentally friendly, having been recognised by BREEAM building standards for using sustainable materials, processes and controls. The building boasts an efficiently chilled and heated water system which reduces the need for Sanne to recycle in excess of two tonnes of plastic each year in Jersey. The building is also energy efficient with Smart LED lighting systems throughout allowing for consistent natural light levels to be maintained in the office regardless of the season.
Sanne’s new home offers staff break out areas, shower facilities, secure bike facilities and access to their own café which they named ‘The Sanne Hub’. The Hub has been designed to be a fully flexible space where teams can hold lunch and learn knowledge sharing events and socialise with work friends, making for a better and more modern working environment for all colleagues.
This move will also enable Sanne to welcome guests to the business through its dedicated ground floor reception on Castle Street. The new purpose-built offices include 11 internal meeting rooms, a client suite with five dedicated client-meeting rooms, an education and training room and various breakout areas on each floor.

It is a job well done and we look forward to the future at IFC 5.”
