Sanne, a provider of alternative asset and corporate business services appoints new Managing Director of business development and marketing.
Based in Sanne’s London office, Malcolm Hassan will oversee business development alongside brand & market positioning across its global platform.
As an experienced and results orientated business leader within the alternative funds and asset management industry, Malcolm will focus on achieving Sanne’s growth strategy of supporting the ambitions of fund managers with investment strategies that span the alternatives asset class through its professional services offering and jurisdictional reach.
With more than 23 years of industry experience, Malcolm joins Sanne from RBS where he was responsible for building and growing RBS’ Funds Banking business to be one of the leading and most admired banks supporting alternative funds and fund managers across Europe. Prior to joining RBS, where he held other senior roles spanning leverage finance, strategy and change, Malcolm held positions at a number of boutique M&A advisory houses. Malcolm is a qualified chartered accountant having trained with Ernst & Young and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
