Sanne has announced the appointment of James Ireland as Sanne’s new Chief Financial Officer.
Based in Sanne’s London office, James will be taking over the role from Spencer Daley who will be moving into the role of Head of M&A and Strategy with responsibility for helping the Group explore and maximise strategic opportunities with both an organic and inorganic focus.
Taking up the role officially and joining the Sanne Group plc Board in July 2018, James will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the global business and its regional operations.
James is an experienced finance professional, having most recently led Investec’s Support Services Sector team. He has also been a close adviser to Sanne for more than three years, having assisted and worked alongside Sanne when it listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange in 2015. Post listing, James has also been a key adviser to Sanne in all of the acquisitions the business has undertaken.
