Lisa Vizia has been selected for the Private Client Global Elite Directory (2021) in conjunction with Legal Week International.
Launched in 2017 the Private Client Global Elite Directory serves as a highly respected global directory of the world’s top private client and trust and estates litigation talent, as well as rising stars within the industry. Each year, it receives over 6,000 nominations, which is narrowed down to just 250 individual listings. In 2019, the Directory was expanded to feature recommendations on individuals across accountancy and tax, private banks, wealth management, trustees and multi-family offices.
Lisa Vizia heads up one of the firm’s UHNWI family office teams which focuses on the Middle East. She has particular expertise in Middle Eastern structures, with an essential understanding of Shari’a Law and the devolution of Middle Eastern Estates in conjunction with complex trust and company structures.
In this capacity, Lisa’s exemplary client dedication and commitment to fiduciary responsibility were recognised in a recent ruling by the Grand Court of Cayman where her approach was described as “textbook” by Chief Justice of the Cayman Islands, the Honourable Anthony Smellie QC in the matter of AA v BB and Colin Shaw ( as amicus curiae).
Lisa Vizia, Director of Saffery Champness Registered Fiduciaries, said: “I am delighted to have been recommended by peers and colleagues in the industry for listing among the Private Client Global Elite – which has swiftly become one of the best regarded directories for those in the private client, trust and estates community”.
