Rowlands Recruitment has introduced their ‘Work Around You’ initiative, a service that offers job seekers recruitment registrations outside of normal working hours including weekends.
‘Work Around You’ also caters to candidates who may not be ‘actively’ looking to move roles immediately but instead, want to keep their eye on the market.
Candidates arrange to speak with one of the recruitment experts via phone call, Skype call or simply arrange a visit at a time that suits them. Once arranged, the recruitment team will take time to discuss the current employment market. This will involve exploring the current career opportunities available, candidates’ career ambitions and looking at which companies or sectors would best suit their preference and skill set.
Job-seeking is typically a time-consuming and often stressful process, and ‘Work Around You’ seeks to change that with its flexible approach to recruitment, and ultimately, putting the job seeker in control.
