Jersey accountancy firm Rosscot Chartered Accountants has promoted from within, establishing a new senior leadership team and promoting four team members to help drive the business forward as part of its recent expansion.
Tricia Redmond, previously Practice Manager, has stepped into a new position as Director. Tricia, a qualified Chartered Certified Accountants who also holds the IOD Certificate in Company Direction, joined the Rosscot team in 2014 having previously held senior management positions in the industry, and with her significant contribution has helped drive change within the business contributing to its success.
She said: “In my eight years as Practice Manager, I’ve really seen the business grow and am proud of the team and support we have developed for our clients. Rosscot and its accountancy, taxation, company secretarial and business support services have been a part of so many local business’ and individual success stories; I’m excited to see where we can go from here and thrilled to be taking on this new challenge.”
Sean O’Flaherty (pictured with Tricia Redmond) has also stepped up from his position as Director to Managing Director and will be leading the overall business strategy for the group, as well as continuing to support his existing client base.
Sean has been a member of the Rosscot team since 2008, having amalgamated his own business into Rosscot, and is largely responsible, and a key driver of, business development and communications. As the business has evolved, Sean has flourished with his hands-on approach and commitment to evolving the company for its ever-changing client and technological needs.
Other promotions being celebrated include:
- Lisa Marie O’Callaghan – promoted from Senior Accountant to Assistant Manager
- Elena Chetraru – promoted from Senior Accounts Assistant to Accountant
- Joseph Chaytor – promoted from Senior Accounts Assistant to Accountant
- Hollie Le Lion – promoted from Office Administrator to Senior Office Administrator
